WinRadar is a construction market intelligence platform that surfaces permit data, zoning activity, and entity intelligence sourced from public government records. By using WinRadar, you agree to these terms.

Subscription

WinRadar is offered as a monthly subscription, billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. See our Refund Policy for details on billing and cancellation.

Acceptable Use

Subscribers may not resell, redistribute, or systematically extract WinRadar data for use outside the platform. Automated scraping of the WinRadar platform is prohibited. Access is granted for the subscriber's own business development and market intelligence use only.

Data Accuracy

Signals are sourced from public government permit and zoning records. WinRadar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Information may be subject to processing delays, government record errors, or omissions.

Limitation of Liability

WinRadar is not liable for any business decisions made based on platform data. The platform is provided as an informational tool only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes.
